Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Ngavutani Adventures and Safari. Please carefully review our booking terms to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience with us.

Reservation & Payments

  • A deposit of 20% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid 21 days (3 weeks) before the start of the tour.
  • For last-minute bookings made within 21 days of the tour, full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or other secure methods as communicated by our team.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation by You:
    • Cancellations made more than 60 days before the tour start date: Full refund of deposit.
    • Cancellations made 30-59 days before the tour start date: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
    • Cancellations made within 29 days of the tour start date: No refund will be provided.
  • Cancellation by Us:
    • In the rare event that Ngavutani Adventures and Safari cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund, or you may choose to reschedule the tour for a later date.

Changes to Itinerary

  • We strive to adhere to the planned itinerary, but occasionally adjustments may be necessary due to weather, safety concerns, or park regulations. Any changes will be communicated promptly, and alternatives will be arranged when possible.

Travel Insurance

  • All participants are required to have valid comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellation, and any personal losses.

Health & Safety

  • You are responsible for ensuring that you are in good health for the duration of the safari.
  • Please notify us in advance of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs.

Liability

  • Ngavutani Adventures and Safari will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour unless caused by our proven negligence.
  • We highly recommend that you safeguard your belongings and take out adequate personal insurance for peace of mind.

Visa & Passport Requirements

  • It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have a valid passport (with at least 6 months remaining) and the appropriate visa for entry into Tanzania.

Complaints

  • Should you have any concerns during your trip, please raise them immediately with your guide or tour operator to ensure we can address them promptly.
  • Any formal complaints can be submitted in writing to our office within 30 days of your tour’s conclusion.

Force Majeure

  • Ngavutani Adventures and Safari cannot accept responsibility or offer refunds for cancellations or disruptions due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or travel bans.
